In John 17, Jesus prays, “Father, sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.” Despite the relativism of this world, “the truth” is singular, comprehensive, absolute and objective. God is the creator of reality. Whatever He says is the truth and He determines the true nature of His creation. We know God by the truth He has revealed to us in the Scripture.
