In John 17:25, Jesus says that the world does not know the the Righteous Father but He knows Him and the disciples believe that the Father sent Him. In order to know the Father we must know the Christ of the Gospel, believing that the Father sent Him to redeem the elect. No one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom He chooses to reveal Him.
