Who is Living Word Community Church?
Living Word Community Church was established by Pastor Stan McGehee Sr. Through the years, Bible-based preaching and teaching has been the foundation of the church. Today, Living Word Community Church adheres to the historic doctrines of the "Protestant Reformation." The Word of God is central in our worship through song, the sacraments, scripture reading, and the proclamation of the Gospel.
Our Purpose
Our Purpose is to glorify and enjoy our Sovereign God by:
Worshipping Him in spirit and truth. Proclaiming the saving Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Equipping the saints for maturity and genuine discipleship through the faithful teaching of His Word.
Ministering to His church and the world He created.
Seeking to honor Him with our whole being in all that we do and say.
Depending solely on His grace and empowerment to fulfill His calling in every sphere of life.
Encouraging and strengthening one another in the body of Christ.
Bringing our children up in the training and instruction of the Lord.
