In prayer for Judah, he prophet Habakkuk asked how long God would make him see inquiry and how long the Lord would look idly on wrong. As the Lord answers, He turns the tables. He tells the prophet to broaden his perspective. If Habakkuk wants to see what God is up to he must “Look to the nations and see.” He will be struck with wonder and astounded by the course of action God is taking to deal with Judah’s sin.
