Stan McGehee, Jr. is senior pastor of Living Word Community Church. Ordained in December of 1979, he holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary and a Masters of Theology from Tyndale Seminary. He has worked at LWCC since its founding. Pastor Stan Jr. and his wife Marisa have two sons and two grandsons.

Jordan McGehee is associate pastor of Living Word Community Church. Ordained in May of 2023, he holds a B.A. in Music from DBU and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary. He has worked with his father, Stan McGehee, Jr., at LWCC since 2011. Pastor Jordan and his wife Jennifer have two boys.

Jack McFarland serves on the pastoral staff of Living Word Community Church. Ordained in December of 1979, he is also a retired high school educator. Pastor Jack and his wife Mary have three children, eleven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.

Steve Bader has been serving as ruling elder since 2001. He holds a master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a master's degree in MS Systems Engineering from SMU. Steve and his wife Michelle have one son.

Stan McGehee, Sr. was pastor emeritus of Living Word Community Church when he went to be with the Lord in August of 2022. He was ordianed in 1968. He ministered as an evangelist for several years before entering the pastorate.
