In Ephesians 2:13-18 we find that Christ provides true peace because it begins with reconciliation to God. There is no peace with creation is there is no peace with the Creator. Paul also shows us that Christ does not simply bring us peace, He is our peace. By His sacrifice we have access to the Father. In offering Himself, the veil in the Temple was torn in two and Christ has become the door through whom we must pass in order to come to the Father.
