In Phil 4:14-20, Paul commends this congregation for their partnership in the Gospel. He then promises that God will supply their every need. He uses the imagery of commerce to demonstrate how they were investing in the Gospel. He uses the imagery of sacrifice to show how God is pleased with their gift. And, in 2 Cor 9, Paul explains that it is God who supplies the seed we sow and multiplies that fruitfulness that we might have more seed to sow. In all of these images, it is made clear that we have nothing of our own. It is God who provides what we give to Him and blesses what we give Him. It is all of God, beginning to end.
