In Ephesians 6:11-12, Paul prepares the saints for battle with the devil. While Satan is no match for God, in our own strength we are no match for the devil. Satan is a deceitful, crafty and slanderous adversary. He is methodical and well organized in his attacks upon God’s people. We can only withstand the schemes of the devil if we don the armor of God.
