“I will dwell with you; I will be your God and you will be My people.” This promise is found throughout Scripture. The fulfillment of this promise is the consummation of God’s eternal plan, set forth in Christ before the foundation of the world. It is the culmination of the Gospel which will be realized when Christ comes in power and glory to raise the dead, condemn the wicked, glorify His saints, and usher in a New Heavens and a New Earth of perfect righteousness.
